Dorset Peak
We focus on private financings, including debt and equity, for corporates and alternative capital managers. We provide “end-to end” execution across all our transactions. Having closed over $200 billion in deal volume, our senior team members have deep experience with respect to financing and risk transfer structures, uniquely combining alternative capital and insurance market expertise.
We also work with clients to develop and market privately negotiated debt and structured equity financings, including first lien, second lien and mezzanine debt, convertible and non-convertible preferred stock, and other bespoke financings. We raise capital for acquisitions, organic growth, shareholder liquidity, recapitalizations and other uses of funds.
